A fan of gender bender scenarios. When done right, it can be an outlook into the philosophy of humanity itself. I like it when there is actually conflict involved rather than the 'victim' assuming the complete identity and personality of their new sex. Rather, I think its better when the character's identiy and ego of the main sex collides and causes mental unstability and all kinds of conflicts involved as the person desperate tries to adjust the worldview, while maintaining the personality.
I'm currently writing a novel that takes place in a cyberpunk setting with espionage and nanotech as the main parts of the story, with elements of noir. A gender bender scenario occurs later on where it will conflict with the main character's life and identiy, and erode his mentality as he tries to complete his mission. You might see it up here soon.
