With Sorceress discovering the Goddess of Exxor has given her the power to create a new soul, She creates Rachel Wayne (Dick Grayson's 13 year old younger sister) from the essence of Dick Grayson (Now 20). Dick Grayson leaves Gothom City for New York to start the Teen Titans aided by Rachel's twin (a rescued, destined to die, future Robin), Flamebird. Rachel takes on the mantle of Robin the Girl Wonder in this altered version to the Super Friends Universe.
