This is a strong poem of inner self strength we need to be who we are. Even if others disagree who we are, it is they that have the problem. I am me, and I am proud to be me.
I love the happy ending, because it is so strong and confident. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your review... I wrote this poem at work one day (mostly while @ work) with the help of a few friends whilst a good friend was talking about her upcoming nuptuals. The term just hit a spark in me and it spiraled from there. I am by far not a poet, but am quite proud of this one little peice.
